Return Process

Email or call our Devonport store with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization number.
- 2.Prepare Your Gear
Ensure all items are in original, unused condition with tags attached and free of horse hair, dirt, or debris.
- 3.Ship or Drop Off
Securely package your items and send them to our retail location via trackable mail, or bring them directly into the store for immediate processing.
- 4.Refund or Exchange Processing
Once we inspect the goods, we will process your full refund to the original payment method or ship out your replacement equestrian gear within 3-5 business days.
